Nothing as such...just unfortunately employer has good enough money to take the office at good place. The management & Bussines heads are manner less especially Mr. RAMESH. No working environment No point of view of employees. No vision of company. HR have no idea why they hired for. Non timely salary disbursement sometimes they take 5-6 months. Don't every join FIPL & any feedback group.

Everything. Management used to corrupt money. They don't even bother to clear F &F of previous employees. Instead of clear F&f, they are busy to spend their time in 5 star hotels with massage and spa. They never provide salary on time... Even no one can accept professional behavior from higher Management... Management usually try tomisuse people's weakness specially it happens with girls only... Girls usually get higher position or promotion easily If they are ready to do whatever they want. Lots of inside politics are there. No job security. No work life balance.
