FedEx was taken drastic decision winded own operations in India most of employees lost their job. Particularly Above 45 age of employees unable to survived his life due to age many companies not ready to placed even very poor compensation benefits paid by FedEx when they are withdrawn all own operations in India.

Micromanagement, senseless process and policies, biased environment, mostlikely you get feeling that you are working for family business( conflict of interest is visible on floor almost 70% are relatives on floor) hr has no role than onboarding. They are puppets in management hands
