Completely driven by management who are living in a different world altogether. I am surprised to see people working in technology at FCM giving good reviews to the organization and am sure this is their so called "People Works team" - HR team and are publishing fake reviews. Entire team based out of multiple locations were scrappedbecause one fine day leadership felt that there is no need for them to work on new technologies. Screwed the entire team over, asked us to leave on the same day, leave laptops and then threatened after a week to come back to explain them where is source code otherwise our final releasing would not be done.
