Faurecia has very good collegues and experts in all departments and technologies. Faurecia has groomed many GETs from scratch who has grown to become successful in their endeavours including their current director of tech center.

Dislikes

Compensation is not comparative to industry standards. HR Department can be sometimes disappointing. Had a bad experience when I left the Faurecia.

Regarding job security no doubt. Work culture very bad if you are married. Company policies excellent.

Co-ordination of Teammates, Academy Trainings, Career Growth, Work Environment is very good. Its really a technologically upfront organisation. More importantly it's very rich with engineers of great product expertise, one must learn from. Very fortunate to have been associated with the organisation, even if for short time.
