Like safety guards, emergency stop, light curton and more . Then 2nd thing I like is system. Everything happened in Faurecia is completely systematic, like top 5, documents work, operator guidence. Company is overall good. But the problem is our salary. Salary is very low. I expect more than current salary I get.

Actually my work is existing and challenges but I love to take challenge. I produce 250-300 welding frame everyday. And I do it with perfection. Without any reject and without any defect I produced those frames.
