Only Best thing in Faurecia Automotive Seating Salary for freshers they pay good salary .

The Management Very Poor . No proper Training given to new GET they treat Graduate trainee as operator when operator leave or sick they use Graduate Trainee as operator and working hours extends to 12hrs and no comp-off leave they allow to take

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
