In Seating System Management team, Sr Manager Worst on the floor their behavior with team members is like slavery, they treated junior buddies like slave. Even they used same words in team planning meeting. And they hired relatives with good salaries, even they don't have skills but they used to hire by third party. And after they took on payroll. Like me on roll member survived for good hike, good work life but they created troubles with us. There are hardly 20-30% employees are genuinely otherwise remaining people are hired with mercy of Sr Managers, Managers (relatives). No work life balance for genuine members. Even HR not able to right to speak because of they always gave reason of business which was run by France team. 1. Specially in finance (SSC) very bad culture. 2. Managers are busy in gossiping (all ladies managers are here.) Even CFO and high level manager counts on the time how much time employee takes to go for coffee break lunch. This is just small example of macro management specially in finance. 3. Work life balance is -50 out of 100. They can call u at any time without thinking its 11pm or 11.30 pm 4. Very bias for onrole employees and off role employees. 5. Increments are base on favouritism. 6. Some managers in finance are due to good bond with CFO. Even he or she dont know the accounting rules and he/she is manager. 7. Apart from finance other departments are very good. Company is awesome except finance department. 8. So many resignations from finance from last 6 months due to this issues. 9. Managers are very person specific and dont allow to go lunch with team. Put pressure on new joinee employee and give them task without knowing whether he/she aware about or caapble to do itself. 10. People are working after office hours as well because of work load. Reason behind is managers are busy in macro management and gossiping due to this there work load need to be manage by there team members....Read More
