Compensation is fine, but promotion and growth is slow, cross training not a part of our plant culture due to every manger want to his ease. workload and pressure is v high due in technical site persons are short as compare to supporting team.

I have working as a Section Head of Unit. Resolves day to day plant maintenance issues as well as routine and preventive maintenance works, material ordering, ensure timely availability of critical spares for plant. Training of subordinates. etc.

As its under army command so have many plus and negative points. I had very bad experience working under army officer..private company shoukd not have army grade ranks and promotion criteria. Its should be on qualifications and experience.
