Career Growth, trainings, learning is good. However, working environment is average. need to be improvement behavior base culture.

Dislikes

Compensation is fine, but promotion and growth is slow, cross training not a part of our plant culture due to every manger want to his ease. workload and pressure is v high due in technical site persons are short as compare to supporting team.

Dislikes

As its under army command so have many plus and negative points. I had very bad experience working under army officer..private company shoukd not have army grade ranks and promotion criteria. Its should be on qualifications and experience.
