i job in workshop and i want work in area ,like substations. power house, and other problem is low salary

Compensation is fine, but promotion and growth is slow, cross training not a part of our plant culture due to every manger want to his ease. workload and pressure is v high due in technical site persons are short as compare to supporting team.

As its under army command so have many plus and negative points. I had very bad experience working under army officer..private company shoukd not have army grade ranks and promotion criteria. Its should be on qualifications and experience.
