I appreceiate how the company prioritizes employee salaries, with a 5-day work week, they ensure timely payments. Also, if you happen to work on Saturdays due to unforeseen circumstances or you work overtime, you receive extra pay.

This is a FRAUD company. Its a SCAM. I am current employee and they havent paid me and my other colleagues past 2 months salary. Pls read google and glassdoor reviews you will know they have CHEATED many of their own employees. FIR against the company is already registered. Dont risk your career and efforts. Strictly stay out of this company.

The company encourages out-of-the-box thinking, however, there can be tendency to play it safe and taking risks. They do put great efforts on creativity and innovation. The company also has a great policy of giving incentives regularly to all their employees for completing assigned tasks and deadlines. Overtime and extra work is also acknowledged and made sure they you get paid for it.

The work load might make you feel exhausted and tired all the time but getting paid for it makes it a little better. Tea and coffee should be provided to at least the executive members of the company.
