Worst company to work with. Only third party issuance. Totally fraud work.your job is totally depends on the mood of the manger and employer.

Dislikes

Behaviour of supervisor and so called manager is wrist. Never seen such unprofessional behaviour. job is secure only until the mood of management is gud otherwise you can be kicked out anytime.

The first big thing is in that company is nepotism is there, if you’re a English speaker than you will get something good response, and some respects you will get there, otherwise if working in Spanish language than forget that you will get any kind of respect in that company, They always shout on their employees if they do any kind of mistakes. I never prefers anyone to join that company.

Sakshi so called HR who has recently joined FD has very bad attitude and rude behaviour. I really don't understand why company has hired her. HR without skills. Lots of politics, no work culture. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
