Package is good. Free food and free cabs. There is currently absolutely no need to be in office: however, arent allowed to WFH because of management mood.

Dislikes

Location is in Industrial area. Food is only vegetarian. ACs are not centralized and is connected to 2 rooms in training and admin. However, on the calling floor its is centralized. Building looks old and cleanliness is not of the highest standard as small flying insects are seen regularly. Some Policies are regressive.

Bias attitude throughout. No appreciate for hardworking people. If you are outspoken & honest, you are always in trouble. People who are involved in fraudulent practices can still happily work if bosses are happy with them. You do unethical stuff right under your superior 's nose but if you are manipulative, no one can harm you in Fareportal. People wearing shabby clothes with offensive slangs are seen in every area of Fareportal. Only talks about revenue, no one cares about office environment. The company has no respect for hardworking people, does not promote them when they apply for IJP's . Gives some or the other excuse & rejects them. This is for name shake an MNC, fact is that it is company driven by the list of some personal who are old, liked by Mr. Sam Jain ( founder CEO) No value of professional skills here, no one listens your voice, one sided decisions by HR all works in a fixed Ajenda. This is the company where old people have a trend of blaming and make the people exit who did not fit into their system. They do not accept changes, new Idea s , policy trends across industries.
