There is no job security irrespective of your work tenures, your personal skills, What matters is how good is your boss and how much time/hours you can extend daily. Work life balance they don't understand.

I've worked with them long enough to tell you that you'll ruin your mental health of you join Fareportal. The Management is neither employee centric nor customer centric. They only try and save their own a holes from the owner, thats about it. They don't give a rat's behind about anything other than that. The ER is a joke, they should give their salaries to the security staff, cuz atleast they do their jobs. I dont even know why they exist really. The only people getting promoted are who can "give their behinds" to the management, your qualifications or knowledge is not appreciated one bit, because , what's the use of that in a company that is being run by a bunch of pathetic non deserving losers? They'll lure you in saying that incentives are unlimited... What's unlimited is the level of frustration you'll feel here...The most pathetic part is that the management acts so ignorant about their incompetency. Its laughable that they have the audacity to call you and tell you that we are not doing our jobs right!! They won't be able to spell out their KRAs , let alone deliver them!!...Read More

The management is a crazy, watch them work almost feels like watching some clowns perform in a circus. The work environment is soooooo sad, I cant even! The ER department is not there, well technically its there but they don't do anything so.. they are in all practicality, not there for you!! Pathetic is the only word I can truly describe every aspect of this company

No learning, digital products are led by bunch of idiots. No real product management, you are expected to find and execute new ways how to fool customers and leach money for rubbish services and products.

Working at Fareportal was the worst professional experience of my life. The office culture is toxic, with zero regard for employees' well-being. The company's sole focus is on achieving targets, often through unethical means, such as pressuring employees to sell plane tickets or hotel bookings at exorbitant markups, particularly to vulnerable groups like senior citizens or those who are less tech-savvy. Selling a $100 ticket for $1000 is not uncommon, and this blatant exploitation is actively encouraged. Work-life balance does not exist here. The company demands extra hours almost daily and forces employees to work six days a week at least twice a month under false pretenses of unmet targets. They don’t care if you’re sick or hospitalized – meeting targets is the only thing that matters. Forget about promotions or skill development; you’re merely a cog in their machine, logging in to scam unsuspecting customers. The management is the worst part. A manager who went by the alias "Rob" epitomized the toxic environment. His behavior was outright abusive, constantly threatening employees with job loss if targets weren’t met. Complaining to HR is useless because they turn a blind eye to everything, protecting their own interests. His harassment drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. Leaves are'nt provided in time even when we have more than enough in our balance. Employees had no fix week'offs. Two days off's were rotated between colleagues and it was very inconvenient when we were given Week offs in place of Leaves. We had to manage next week without any off's and had to work whole 10 days in a row as previous weeks off's were adjusted as leaves.
