Through this Covid 19 , Lot of transformation has happened, not in a good way but bad. As part of cost cutting, the company has introduced a new performance appraisal policy which drastically reduced the percentage (by 50%) threshold of ace performers selection which inturn affect the Salary increment. And also company has changed its half-yearly salary revision policy to Annual salary revision (hike), this is also part of cost cutting. Factset doesn't provide any extreme shift allowance, complete food allowance,LTA, Annual bonus ( variable pay)....Read More
