Head office location is the worst your can imagine. It is worst that old govt office in villages. No employee engagement, poor appraisals, no timeline for variable payment. Its 60 years old company but seems amature Dont join the company by just looking at the store.

Management is really bad, to much of dirty politics, Old senior people knows how to use and get their work done. Sometime management have to believe in those employees who worked for company very hard and who gave their 100% to grow the company. Also review the entire carrier for those employees who terminated /resigned from the company.
