Head office location is the worst your can imagine. It is worst that old govt office in villages. No employee engagement, poor appraisals, no timeline for variable payment. Its 60 years old company but seems amature Dont join the company by just looking at the store.

Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. Also review the entire carrier for those employees who terminated /resigned from the company.
