There is no need of talent if you are good with your seniors, no reporting management at all, job security is not at all as in covid situation when company was in need they kept those employee who was not reporting giving silly reasons, just because they are old in system and throw out those who were working any how in this pandemicsituations. Saying that they dont have budget to pay new employee. Just to show that even in pandemic situation they are taking care of there employee they kept on roll employees and simply said good bye to those who were on probation.
