I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

in this hospital does't like anything...

I never seen this type of hospital management service. they will treat the employee like tangentality communication by managing director to medical superintendent & other department also followed same method, while employee salary package followed untruthful assurance gave by managing director ,they didn't followed employees act & employees benifit, in this organization doesn't follwed appointment order & leave policy, (CL,EL,SL,RH), so many problems there in internal politics by managing dirctor+chief medical officer+medical superintendent+account officer.
