The financials and the credit rating of the Company are very good. It's been a cash-positive Company for many years with zero debt. The HR policies are clear and transparent. Being a proprietorship and owner-driven organization the main and major decisions are being taken by the owners without allowing the Senior Management professional to have the freedom to make decisions. That sometimes causes difficulties for Senior Management professionals to work freely and take bold decisions. The Management is not willing to grow the business beyond what the Company has been doing for the last several years. This leaves very little opportunity for professionals to grow by taking on larger challenges and responsibilities. Work Details

I worked in this company for four and half years as Chief Operating Officer after normal superannuation from large Multinational and EPC Organizations. It was a mixed experience. I could introduce some good practices and systems in the company
