All the work of the company is good, but one thing goes wrong that the old employees are getting disgruntled by giving the old employees less salary while the new employees are getting more salary. And the special things is that the new employee also taken to the same position as the old employee and get a higher salary increment. Middle level management is worst, lot of politics, no job security. Two worst middle level management people are Kanimozhi and Saranya who target newbie and talk rubbish and make employees cry daily. Worst attitude
