I like my co-workers. They're all helpful and willing to teach.

Exusia has a horrible management that does not deserve to lead the company and the people who work here. Not only are the managers here rude and problematic, but they're also hostile and verbally abusive. Not a day goes by where the managers don't insult or humilities at least one employee.

Nothing except the monthly pay, however, the job itself isn't sustainable.

The problem is not that this is a high-pressure job, the problem is that this is an extremely toxic work environment created by the CEO of the firm. The amount of harassment, disrespect and mental abuse that employees go through at this firm is unheard of in a corporate setup. The firm prides itself in hiring some of the smartest minds in the industry but lacks the basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism important to nurture and retain this talent. My co-workers were amazing, but the management is the worst of the worst.

Dislikes

The main issue with this company is its narcissistic management. It's very exhausting to delay and interact with the narcissistic managers as they will often just blame you for everything bad that happens. They often yell at employees, and it really looks like some managers have mental problems because of how horrible they treat employees.

Promised the world upon hiring, it became evident that my boss lacked competence, setting impossible deadline and changing requirements abruptly. When I tried addressing my concerns, the were summarilydismissed. During a crucial project with a looming deadline, my boss continually altered requirements, leaving me struggling to keep up. Seeking assistance, I received only the directive to figure it out.
