There are many opportunities to grow professionally. They offer industry-based training to learn about the different client industries and set us up for success. It's a talented team that is driven and hardworking, it's nice to be surrounded by other go-getters.

There is nothing significant I dislike, we are held to high standards but that has allowed me to grow professionally at a more rapid rate than I would elsewhere.

It's a fantastic company to join with a group of very intelligent experts. However, workloads can get hectic and it's hard to finish these within the deadlines.

Exusia has a good client base and great software development centers in India. There is a lot of exposure to industrry news, trends and best practices. The upper management is present and has regular meetings to share the bigger picture of the company's objectives.

Dislikes

I'm expected to show high performance within limited time frames. This can cause additional pressure. But I try to turn such challenges into opportunities and be effective in my role.
