Work is challenging at times, but I like a little challenge. Not something that would turn out be so stressful though.

Dislikes

Management's manipultative and busive, they can come up with horrible lies just so employees continue to hang onto them. But when it comes to promotions and pay raises, they avoid you as much as they could!

My position is work from home, so I have a bit more control of my schedule.

Dislikes

The lack of professionalism by the management of Exusia, cause nothing but more problems and stress to the employees. The lack of coordination among the leadership and its awful communication are the main reasons why the workplace is unproductive and inefficient. I always have a bad time whenever I speak to the management.

Dislikes

Extremely negative work environment. You will feel stressed throughout your working tenure. Management is laughable, at most. They just want to demonstrate they are leaders without doing anything for their team. Beware of HIRE & FIRE policy. They will terminate you without any notice. DON'T EVEN THINK. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE!

The leadership is EVIL! The management is full of conmen and people who are experts at lying and manipulating employees. You should AVOID this company because you will get stressed and exhausted without being properly compensated. The work culture is toxic and awful, and there's no reason for anyone to work in this horrible company.

The CEO was incapable of real leadership, basing all decisions from his narcissistic point of view. It was terrible and most of all stressful for all employees involved.

I didn't like anything, I consider the overall experience the worst of my career.

Dislikes

I had no life here. The work-life balance was awful. I was asked to chase insane and stressful deadlines over and over again. It led to a lot of exhaustion and long, brutal hours. I disliked the arrogant attitude of the management. The leadership must be more humble.

Colleagues were full of energy. We had good dynamics, but all that energy gets me exhausted!

Overwhelming workload, overwhelming stress! Management requires you to work long hours but treat you like garbage. Horrible people!

Traveling out for clients from time to time is a good break from the office. My skills got me a full time position in the company only after a few months.

Dislikes

The boss is nagging like crazy and is a lot worse than my mother. Even for no apparent reason, the nagging already seems like a hobby and it gives him so much pleasure terrorizing the employees.
