Some of the coworkers were skilled and supportive, which made occasional tasks manageable.

Dislikes

The dissatisfaction stemmed from poor communication and a lack of direction from leadership. The CEO appeared disconnected from the daily struggles, ignoring serious allegations of mismanagement. Decision-making often felt arbitary, leaving employees confused about priorities and expectations. There was no sense of growth or appreciation, which killed any motivation to stay long-term.

Likes

The office space was clean, and the free coffee was decent.

Dislikes

The management was good for nothing, making even simple tasks unnecessarily draining. Team leads were grumpy and unapproachable, killing any chance of a collaborative environment. Promotions felt like a joke, with hard work often overlooked for favoritism. It's like they specialize in making you question why you even bother.
