The company is focused and goal-oriented. I have a great set of team that is quite productive and diligent during different tasks assigned to them. In addition, the work environment is monitored regularly, so the employees have time to state their concerns or views regarding a particular situation.

Dislikes

I never felt anything to complain about besides general things that happen in every organization.

Throughout my tenure here, I have learned many things in this organization that made my career flourish. The deadlines provided were very easy to cover if you are focused and goal-oriented. The employees are trained to be well equipped with the knowledge required for their tasks, and the work culture is quite well structured.

The accounting processes may feel tiresome but learning this process is also important.

A perfect organization for fresher to grow till the senior manager levels, who believe in the company that is working properly under any circumstance and giving best to their employees.

I would not say that I dislike it but yes, workload is there but I don't know of any company which is paying you a good amount and do not expect you to work according to their set goall

Everything is good here, you will get to travel to the city if you are from the sales department and I enjoy it.

The majority of the people will agree with me that the working environment of a company is determined by its people, and the people of Extramarks make the best environment here. The senior management is always there to help you out and pushes you to do your best work. I am thankful to each and everyone here.
