Initial experience may look promising to freshers. • Some colleagues are helpful and supportive (but often just as frustrated with management).

Dislikes

• Unpaid Salaries: My last month’s salary was withheld, and I’ve been waiting over three years with no resolution. Salary delays are a frequent issue, with “bank issues” commonly used as an excuse. • Toxic Work Culture: No respect for boundaries between work and personal time. You’ll be expected to work beyond regular hours withoutadditional pay or recognition. • Lack of Professionalism: Concerns are dismissed, and attempts to follow up on issues are often met with avoidance. When I reached out for updates, management blocked my number instead of addressing the issue. • Zero Work Ethics: Offers little to no respect for employees’ time, contributions, or rights, creating a draining, demoralizing work environment....Read More
