Initial experience may look promising to freshers. • Some colleagues are helpful and supportive (but often just as frustrated with management).

Dislikes

• Unpaid Salaries: My last month’s salary was withheld, and I’ve been waiting over three years with no resolution. Salary delays are a frequent issue, with “bank issues” commonly used as an excuse. • Toxic Work Culture: No respect for boundaries between work and personal time. You’ll be expected to work beyond regular hours withoutadditional pay or recognition. • Lack of Professionalism: Concerns are dismissed, and attempts to follow up on issues are often met with avoidance. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
