Blocking negative feedback on LinkedIn and instead of resolving them and as per company policies they are not supposed to give feedback. She already selected her friend from her previous company then why the candidates are being called for interview and she asked insulting questions and reactions were negative. The Interviews are not genuine and lot of unprofessionalism shown by the Talent Acquisition Team. For internal openings give opportunity to other people not only to your friends. I wish better people are hired in Talent Acquisition and not people like Chandrakala Dannana. If you are joining in an Indian office you have to stay up till 11PM everyday to work with your team in U.S. You have to depend on them for everything be it a code approval or be it an access. And working hard for a year when you expect an appraisal you will get 3% hike. When you ask your Manager why so less he/she will tell you it’s not in there’s hand. You can’t get hold of HR. If you are looking for flexi benifita forget it. As they do not credit anything on time. For example Sodexo, NPS and many other keeps on pending for months.
