Pathetic & Unprofessional Talent Acquisition Partner Chandrakala Dannana and being covered by the Talent Acquisition Manager & HR Direction in Hyderabad. Blocking negative feedback on LinkedIn and instead of resolving them and as per company policies they are not supposed to give feedback. She already selected her friend from her previous company then why the candidates are being called for interview and she asked insulting questions and reactions were negative. She is spoiling the name of the Experian and unprofessional behavior. How this kind of people are hired and does do not her job well and seriously. The Interviews are not genuine and lot of unprofessionalism shown by the Talent Acquisition Team. For internal openings give opportunity to other people not only to your friends. I wish better people are hired in Talent Acquisition and not people like Chandrakala Dannana. The Higher Management in India should definitely know how internal manipulations and politics are being used for their advantage....Read More
