No job security. The management team of Kolkata office are the worst and are way tooo partial when it comes to treating their employees equally and the tax admin team manager is not even worth of being a manager, too unprofessional and not educated enough to be a manager. Here in expat us tax, Kolkata officer you will find B.com fail and B.com pass are managers 😂 and don’t even have the skills of being a manager and hence they end up hiring employees who are their relatives and families, for their own benefits and convenience and that’s why they do partiality and support theirs own family members and relatives and treat other employees very badly and no job security or promotion are given to other employees. They give promotion to their family member or relative in just 6 months and a hike in their salary. The work culture is too bad you will feel suffocated as soon as you will enter into the office too toxic environment, the seniors are not good enough and won’t give you proper training’s once you join the company....Read More
