office environment is becoming increasingly negative due to favoritism and partiality in decision-making. Promotions and opportunities appear to be granted based on personal preferences rather than skill or merit. Favoritism towards certain interns is creating division, and employees who are not part of select groups (16 Member of parliament) feel undervalued, regardless of their performance. I have joined exoedge about 2 years back and learnt alot. They give plenty of opportunities for growth. Company is people oriented and follow their core values. They provide a safe and professional environment. One of the best and growing company to build or start your career in this location.

Company should run more programs for training and development sessions for the employees. Company should think about wfh or hybrid policy too.
