As per my 5 years working experience with EXL, I feel very good work life balance

Nothing as of now, reasons being I got everything like salary hike, promotion and Work life balance without any reference with higher management.

Their work culture is good overe there all supervisors and managers are supportive.

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.

They hire me by saying your office location is gurgaon but after a month they told me to relocate to Bangalore location because entire team belong from banglore office. They give me warning if you are not relocate than we terminate you. They give me option either you resign or else we terminate you.

Three years continuosly I was billable. Recieved 4 rating in each year and got promoted recently but once project got over and after month they kept on redeploy and said you will be forced to put down the paper if they don't get any project during that time. Same thing happened for more then 900 employees at once and you will hear this news every month that some of your colleague is fired. So join on your own risk....Read More

Worst company to work for. Can fire employee at any time with one email without having any client interview. Very bad company and very bad management. They only spend money over advertisement but do not fall that it's a trap.

They usually talk about gen AI in their townhall and they dont trained ppl on them. They ask ppl to come office while they dont have proper arrangements of seats and wifi spl in DA 25. Manager usually shouts in team meeting unnecessarily . They have some unprofessional clients like axis who dont even good laptop so that employe could work efficiently. When we ask Exl manager , they told like issi se kaam chalana padega. When we asked for internet connectivity they asked to work through your mobile hotspot.Believe me in my last 4 year career one of the worst client in my service history. They called after business hours 10 pm / 11 pm. If you dont attemd their call they sent escalation email to exl manager....Read More

They hired candidate for technical skill set like sas sql pyspark but they provide work like prepare some ppt , some manual excel based reports. Skill are continuously degrading here. Poor Cafetreia infrastructure. No parking for employee below SAVP. Unhygenic Washroom, zero professional culture.Very unprofessional clients(axis) who forced employee to work more than 9 hours

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!

I can't say anything good about EXL , they have lots of office politics , few managers like Baby singh she is very rude and unprofessional , she threat you directly about your promotion and job. please never join Baby singh team at all else your life will be pathetic.

office politics , very very slow promotion even if you are deserving, only those who are in good books (buttering people) will get the promotion. Baby singh worst manager ever.

Organization is very good like a goverment job.

Managment team of the process AFLAC which is I was working in is very bad. Too much cost cutting, too much pressure on the employees. They hire the employees on 6 months contract, however there have no policy in EXL.

Not recommended for IT software people as all the technical work is outsourced. Good for people who technically talk but work on manual ppts

No HR department. The company events are lavish and mandatory to attend. Work life balance is totally on manager's wish. Only IT spocs are required here as no technology development is done here.

Zero empathy and fully corrupt creating a bad name for the company because of his way of handling this team. Thre is another lead Pankaj with no brains such a bad mix of people creating a bad culture. My recommendation in EXL join other vertical outside insurance Analytics. one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.

Pathetic management. Tonns of work pressure, no work life balance. Favouritism and only the ppl favoured are recognised and appraised.

No fair appraisal for years but they’d give you extra work and expect you to work like the person who got promoted. Micromanagement and stupid ppl are made promoted, who in turn don’t know how to resolve a simple issue.

Depends upon the client and the people you are working with. It's the people in the team which makes an atmosphere to work and not the brand name.

Dislikes

Should focus on providing competitive salaries and good raises to the efficient people working beyond the expectations.
