While my time at exl serive was largely positive, there were few challanges, sometimes the pace of project timelines felt intense, a balanceing high expectations with tight deadlines could be demanding, Additionaly, while the company promoted skill development, there were the instances where the fast place environment made it difficult to fully explore certain advance technical areas

There's is nothing to like..lots of politics and mental torture.
Extrem politics, manager ego issue, Micromanagement, don't allow to take leaves, try to control their colleague life's, personal interfere and can spoil their reporties career just because of theirs ego issues by not providing promotion and appraisal and ruin their rating. All the ways to demotivate people if they are not buttering them.

I can't say anything good about EXL , they have lots of office politics , few managers like Baby singh she is very rude and unprofessional , she threat you directly about your promotion and job. please never join Baby singh team at all else your life will be pathetic.

Managment team of the process AFLAC which is I was working in is very bad. Too much cost cutting, too much pressure on the employees. They hire the employees on 6 months contract, however there have no policy in EXL.

Not recommended for IT software people as all the technical work is outsourced. Good for people who technically talk but work on manual ppts
No HR department. The company events are lavish and mandatory to attend. Work life balance is totally on manager's wish. Only IT spocs are required here as no technology development is done here.
