The company suddenly forces employees to take leave for indefinite period and shows that they have not sufficient workload. It is very disrespectful and inhumane practice for working staff.

Leave policy is good

Dislikes

Very bad management. Due to lack of workforce the management forced me to take non paid leave for uncertain period. Without any prior notification they took the decision and let us know to take leave within 4 days. Nitesh Keswani is a very unprofessional person who treats employees very badly. Project managers have no basic knowledge regarding jobs. They refuse to help writers if needed.

Excessive work in minimum salary. I was a fresher so I didn't have much to complaint about the paycheck initially, but even the experienced writers working for years received pathetic salary compared to industry standards and absolutely no growth. To top it off, one of the directors, who was in charge of the content, needs to learnsome manners before running a business. His behaviour taught me a very important lesson in life: what kind of human being I should try my best to NOT become in later life. The work itself is also extremely mundane and unethical even; the organization basically produces research papers on certain subjects on behalf of international students. The customers share their university guidelines and the company writes their PhD papers for them, on which their credits and qualifications depend. The customers are also a bunch of jokers (obviously XD). And employees are supposed to maintain irrational deadlines and when it leads to poor quality, all the authority does is shouting. In short, this is one loser of a company. Trust me, anyone deserves better than this. I'm glad that I left at the right moment and in the same year I got a permanently remote job with massive hike....Read More

Although the management is okay, there has been excessive pressure on writers to carry out difficult jobs, and address feedback files and revisions simultaneously. Also, the project managers in most cases do not understand the predicament of writers, and think allocating pages is the solution to every problem.

The company has a terrible work culture. No inspiration, no motivation and they expect us to get excel in every domain. They dont even give any bonus, rise in salary and do not conduct any meeting to hear out their employees. The CEO of the company is total disrespectful person. He doesn't even know how to talk with people. He screams and expect that employees will work with this attitude. Sometimes i feel sorry for him as he is a total frustrated person with no prior knowledge to run a company.All he wants from you is to do tons of work without expecting any positive feedback or acknowledgedment. The HR of the firm is just a dummy. She have no power. All decisions are taken by the CEO himself.
