The higher managment is good but the work culture has been spoiped by some of the managers and the agm especially at QC. Too much manipulation and overloaded working of the analyst. Lack of proper system for training, no good GLP practices, blaming analyst and lower level empoys for all the errors. Seniors not ready to take responsibility of any errors. Mental harashment by the AGM.

Work Details

No work and home balance as being overloaded with work so have to work for 12 hrs almost every day without overtime.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
