Location is only thing that anyone like about this company. Its located at ICC tech Park, and yes regular salary cycle is there

I am talking about IT Dept, They call you for an interview under the name of 'Exela', then they offer you a job under Banctec. then after few months suddenly they shift you to 'Rule14' forcefully and without intimation, but gives you different papers while leaving the organization. No transparency and no policies are there. no culture. No Appraisals.They call themself as Product base company, cant make and deliver a single because of poor knowledge. Few of Management people behave like a bulldog and always ready to byte. they insult people on floor, having no sense at all. Many old people are getting regular growth by doing buttering job. Employees are suffering from many problems. Managers are not supportive at all. If you are not serious about future and career, then only enter here otherwise, be alert...Read More

I joined this organization as an experienced guy. then I realized there is no value for good and quality work because the Manager's poor knowledge kept the entire team into panic.
