In Exela have a great policy but management team having only politics environment for each other and they impacted on other employees jobs and unbalanced work culture. Even Management team don't know exactly whom to assign task as per level and they don't have technical knowledge and there is no career for freshers

Team mates are buddy's they have helped me a lot,learning scope is high,career growth is also very good ,salary's and every thing is good. HR's also good guys.we will get scratch level projects.

some politics is there I do not like,managers should give support to the developers .please provide some training sessions if developers do not know about new technology otherwise give some time to explore.
