Overall working with BancTec TPS was pathetic. No growth, no management, no professionalism, ppl get promotion over dinner parties. Process of AMR and thr supervisor and assistant manager are disgusting. Still my fnf is not cleared by the company. HR is not at all cooperative.

Dislikes

Everything dislike. There is nothing good abt this company. No cafeteria. They have small stall on terrace. Credence resource management is far better than this company. I have experience in both. CRM is best I would say.
