I was doing my 3rd job in Excitel. Friendly people, I have met. Excitel is good for salary time. That's it.

Poor class managers in the company only make politics. Illustrated people In the higher position using abusive language with agents. There is no HR policy either. If in case you want to one day's leave for your personal reasons then they force you to give them medical for just 1 day's leave. Favoritism persists here for growth opportunities.
