Management demands too much without offering any recognition or rewards. It’s frustrating to see less experienced colleagues earning more than me.

Dislikes

The office politics are exhausting. It’s more about who you know than what you know. The leadership is completely disconnected from the realities of the workforce. You're thrown into projects that don't match your skills, leading to frustration and incompetence.

Management doesn’t care to learn why employees are leaving. It’s frustrating to see hard work go unnoticed while favoritism runs rampant.

Dislikes

My experience here was filled with unqualified leaders. They often make decisions that hurt morale and productivity. The company culture is toxic; if you’re not in the clique, expect a rough ride. I dread coming to work; it’s a negative atmosphere. They promise flexibility but deliver rigidity. It’s frustrating to be told one thing and experience another.

No career growth here! Management doesn’t care about employee development or morale. It’s all about the bottom line. There’s little to no acknowledgment for hard work; it’s like it goes unnoticed.

Dislikes

Very poor work-life balance. No real feedback from management, and the promised perks never materialize. It's all just smoke and mirrors. Promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. Your hard work will go unnoticed and unrewarded. The company’s values are purely for show; there’s no real commitment to them.

There’s a culture of blame rather than collaboration. Mistakes are never seen as learning opportunities.

Dislikes

The management team needs a reality check. They create unnecessary stress and chaos instead of supporting their employees. Policies seem designed to benefit a select few at the expense of others. There’s no sense of teamwork here. Everyone is out for themselves, which creates a lonely work environment. My mental health suffered from the constant stress and lack of support.
