The training provided is inadequate, leaving employees unprepared. Projects feel random and chaotic without clear direction.

Dislikes

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. We spend more time filling out forms than doing our jobs. I wasted so much time waiting for approvals that never came. The whole process needs to be streamlined. The food options are terrible, and they run out early every day.

The environment is toxic, and management’s lack of empathy only adds to the stress. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Dislikes

This company suffers from a lack of competent leadership. The CEO is clueless and the staff is frustrated. This place stifles creativity and innovation—it's all about conformity. The leadership here is a joke. My supervisor, Lisa, constantly belittles my efforts, making it impossible to feel valued. The project manager has too much power, and it creates a culture of fear.

Everything is a mess here. Long hours with no recognition or appreciation. The company’s refusal to give raises for two consecutive years is unacceptable. Employees are overworked and underpaid compared to industry standards.

The atmosphere is competitive in a negative way, leading to stress and burnout. Constantly undermined by management, with favoritism running rampant. Professional growth is simply not a priority here.

Dislikes

The turnover rate is high for a reason. People don’t stick around when they’re treated poorly. Meetings that should be emails are wasting everyone's time and energy. Communication is poor; leads don't share crucial information. The favoritism is blatant. If you’re not in the inner circle, good luck getting recognition or support.

Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.

I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good.
