After reporting Santosh’s behavior, I was dismissed without any consideration. This shows how little the company values its employees. Supervisors need to take a course in basic respect and professionalism.
Office politics create a toxic work environment; collaboration is rare. I would not recommend this job to anyone. The constant shift changes have been mentally and physically draining, and there’s no effort from management to help. The workload is unbearable. I was promised reasonable hours, but it quickly turned into 12-hour days with no end in sight. This has been the worst job of my life.
