Dislikes
The turnover rate is high for a reason. People don’t stick around when they’re treated poorly. Meetings that should be emails are wasting everyone's time and energy. Communication is poor; leads don't share crucial information. The favoritism is blatant. If you’re not in the inner circle, good luck getting recognition or support.

After reporting Santosh’s behavior, I was dismissed without any consideration. This shows how little the company values its employees. Supervisors need to take a course in basic respect and professionalism.
Dislikes
Office politics create a toxic work environment; collaboration is rare. I would not recommend this job to anyone. The constant shift changes have been mentally and physically draining, and there’s no effort from management to help. The workload is unbearable. I was promised reasonable hours, but it quickly turned into 12-hour days with no end in sight. This has been the worst job of my life.
