- As a fresher, I can get to know about politics and how poor management supports politics. - Honesty is not valued; fake people are valued. - There are no increments, no matter how much effort you put in. - People who know politics can survive for a long time in Excelr, which is the worst company ever. - Dominating behavior createsa very negative environment. - They hire for a training coordinator position but give titles like junior admin executive. However, they expect us to work in the training coordinator role under the admin position title, and they won't update the experience letter to reflect the training coordinator role. Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.

Dislikes

I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good. In short if you want a really stressfull and suffocating work environment without any perks or benifits, where incentive is a myth join here....Read More

Leadership is more interested in appearances than actual results. It's disheartening to see HR act more like a secretary for project managers than a true human resource team.

Dislikes

The company is all talk about diversity but no action. The lack of diversity in promotions is troubling; it feels very exclusive. They didn’t even bother to check my background, and now I'm facing unfair treatment. How is this acceptable? They issue experience letters without regard for how they treat their employees. It's hypocritical.

Job security is non-existent. One bad review could lead to your termination without a second thought. Management treats employees like pawns in their game. The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no recognition for the amount of stress employees endure. Management just cares about clients and revenue.

Dislikes

The lack of training and development opportunities is appalling. I feel like I’m just treading water without any chance to grow. Team collaboration is stifled by a lack of trust and open communication. If you're looking for a place to grow and be valued, keep searching. Employees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

Dislikes

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies.
