Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.
I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good. The company is all talk about diversity but no action. The lack of diversity in promotions is troubling; it feels very exclusive. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. We spend more time filling out forms than doing our jobs. I wasted so much time waiting for approvals that never came. The whole process needs to be streamlined.
