The Managing Director of the company behaves very strangely. One day he will speak with you nicely and the very next moment he will shout at you crazily. He speaks so loudly in front of all team members, even if you make a small mistake, like forgetting to fully charge your laptop while going to attend the discussion with him, he can through the laptop. In front of the new candidates who come to the office for the interview, he can shout. Partiality behavior towards some employees. He will give a fabulous hick in salary to a specific employee and for other employee's salary will be delayed for two to four months. Very poor management, not a good working culture.
