The teachers are made to go through more than two weeks of training. By the end of the training program they are polished individuals. The on the job training is very helpful. Each teacher is given dedicated attention. My OJT manager Miss. Aayushi Kalarathi, has been there to clear the smallest of queries and has dealt with me with a lot of patience. She has cleared same doubts time and again during the meetings for all of us. The sparkX tool could have the badges and applause option on the right or left side of the screen instead of at the bottom. A lot of times I have missed out on using those and making the class more interesting for junior kids because it's out of sight and hence out of mind. The system for holding workshops is great, but it is not something I would like to hold. I have a small circle of people and none of them have kids so I will not be able to promote it to a lot of people....Read More

If you are hard working and ambitious about your career, then you will have a steep growth path here. I have seen many senior managers and ADs who joined the company as a BDA and have grown aggressively. I learnt a lot in the company after wasting 4 years in engineering. It has prepared me for life in sales. I was lucky to get Shubham Sir as my Sr Manager and life is great under him. But some managers arent that good. Dinner is not that good, though it is free. HR is weak If you want to chill then this ain't the place for you.

It was very dissapointing experience working at Planet Spark. When I joined the company they said that you have to work on day shift but after some days they said you have to work on night shift. Management is very poor and is not helpful for anyone.

They keep blocking your account every now and then, and they even charge platform fee from teachers, even they reduce 10% tax from the peanut salary they give
