I’ve had fantastic experience working at Exactspace. I was always impressed by its forward thinking and its commitment to innovation in predictive analytics. Don’t particularly see anything to dislike. As a startup, they are doing their best in the interest of people.

Except salary everything seems good to me, they focus on individuals development because they believe if one have great skills he/she can do better for the company as well. Appraisal and hikes are good.

Dislikes

Sometimes politics win from hr side , not always but mostly. Start salary is bit lower than the market standards.
