Bellatrix aerospace is masterpiece. A highly secure employer with never ever seen a pleasent work culture for R&D with talented colleagues. Strong company policies with perks and benefits to employees. Management thinks towards the growth of company as well as all employees they give good salary hike to employees.

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

1) whatever they mentioned in the job description is fake. 2) they will give designation as scientist to attract the people, please don't attract to it. 3) you will never get credit to your work, the management is too poor. 4) if you want to quit from company, they will not leave you smoothly. 5) may be in the initial phase, they may offer good package, but once you join in bellatrix you life will be spoiled. 6) No working facilities and no man power, you have to do physical work. 7) no fixed timings, no weekoffs you have work late nights upto 11p.m...Read More

While I am in Bellatrix, I struggled everyday, that my carrier is going to be spoiled.

Work timings: Strict Timings
