The company’s middle management is comprising of a group of close friends and their relatives, some of who have no clue how to run projects and some of who have been with the company for 16-17 years because of obvious relations with the higher management and some of who run alternate businesses on the side and are not bothered aboutdue processes of software development but except miracles from young developers and senior associates. Roles are not defined for senior employees & are made to work with random tasks assigned haphazardly even out of the scope of the actual role. ideas are not encouraged making it a clueless monopoly. I joined as a Senior business analyst & all I was made to do in my tenure was to prepare PPTs for the manager which they used to show it to higher management and claim credit for the same. They did not even give credit to a white paper I prepared.
