well!!.... when all the decision-makers and the entire top-level management are the owners of the company....the employees will be left out!! and they don't have any sort of hesitation to change the promises that they have given!!!

There is absolutely nothing good about this company. The company will firstly never pay the salary promised. The managers are supportive at all. There is absolutely no work life balance. There is not recognition of work and respect for employees at all. Incentives are manipulated. Work environment is very stressful and depressing. The salary promised will never be paid. Even the desks are not properly maintained. No growth at all. And absolutely no respect for employees....Read More
