well!!.... when all the decision-makers and the entire top-level management are the owners of the company....the employees will be left out!! and they don't have any sort of hesitation to change the promises that they have given!!!

There is absolutely nothing good about this company. The company will firstly never pay the salary promised. The managers are supportive at all. There is absolutely no work life balance. There is not recognition of work and respect for employees at all. Incentives are manipulated. Work environment is very stressful and depressing. The salary promised will never be paid. Even the desks are not properly maintained. No growth at all. And absolutely no respect for employees....Read More

From work environment to growth, there is nothing good about this company. Management is not approachable. Salary and incentives are manipulated. No recognition of work, no appreciation. The work environment is very stressful and depressing. Absolutely no work life balance. Deduction of salary for slightest mistake made. Mental torture and stress

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
